The farmhouse

Located in an ancient noble residence of the ‘700 completely renovated, in Tuglie, just 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Gallipoli , the Villantica Farmhouse is a perfect solution for those looking for a holiday of peace and relaxation in the heart of Salento . The farm has one outbuilding (little apartament), 4 double bedrooms and is equipped with a bathroom for each room. In addition, there is a swimming pool, wellness center (SPA), relaxation room, grove, etc …

Cream liqueur cream

The Liquorificio

Initially the Liquorificio mainly produced limoncello , lemon cream And chocolate cream , drawing inspiration from ancient local recipes handed down in the family for generations.

The turning point came in 2005, when we managed to stabilize the cream in an alcoholic environment being insoluble in it.

We have thus created one cream liqueur cream with a delicate flavor that immediately met the favor of the most demanding consumers.

Inevitably following in the wake of the love for our land that has always distinguished us, we started experimenting with new local delicacies to turn into drinks .

Thus was born the Salento pasticciotto liqueur : moderately alcoholic, made with pasteurized cream and custard that blend with grappa. To be enjoyed cold, in small wafer cups, to be eaten after having sipped the contents.
